Located in 1 Heshenglu, Gaotang development zone, Shandong, China, Shandong Hesheng Chemical Textile Co., Ltd. is one of key polyamide/polyester of flat chafer canvas of manufacturers in China and the only one manufacturer of gumming flat chafer fabrics in the west region of Shandong province. We are the member of framework material committee of China rubber association. At present, we have become one of 38 flat chafer canvas manufacturers of China.
Hesheng covers an area of 80,000sqm and has 360 employees now, the fixed asset is about 40 million Yuan. With a total investment of 150 million Yuan, Hesheng started its production in Oct., 2002. Up to now, We can produce 6,000 tons of flat chafer canvases and sell 500 million Yuan of products per year, the tax is about 20 million Yuan.
Adopting leading equipment and latest manufacturing method, and with the help of experienced technicians, Hesheng now is mainly engaged in the production of polyamide flat chafer fabric , polyester flat chafer fabric and polyester Canvas; all of them can be used in rubber tyre, conveying belt and triangular belt mainly. At present,our products have been well-received and great welcomed by our customers in Qingdao, Weifang, Southeast Asia and The Middle East.
